Hollow Triumph

In 1948's "Hollow Triumph," Paul Henreid stars as John Müller, a cunning ex-convict who masterminds a botched casino heist, forcing him to flee and assume a new identity - that of a psychoanalyst named Dr. Bartok. As Müller navigates his complex web of deceit, he becomes embroiled in a romance with Evelyn Hahn (Joan Bennett), the secretary of Dr. Bartok, who mistakes him for her employer.
