The film Izzat is set in Oslo, Norway during the late 1980s and early 1990s, as well as the mid-2000s when the characters have grown up to be adults. Three young immigrant boys from the Norwegian Pakistani community - Wasim (Emil Marwa), Riaz (Assad Siddique), and Munawar (Khawar Gomi Sadiq) - join a local gang called East Side Crew, led by brothers Sadiq and Khalid, due to their desire for respect and excitement. As they become involved in petty theft, drug dealing, and violence, the boys' lives take a dark turn, leading to a conflict over loyalty and ultimately, revenge.
