The Big Empty

Jon Favreau stars as John Person, a struggling actor who agrees to deliver a mysterious blue suitcase from Los Angeles to Baker, California, in exchange for having his credit card debt paid off. Upon arrival, he encounters an unusual cast of characters, including Ruthie (Rachael Leigh Cook) and Cowboy (Sean Bean), whose true nature remains unclear. As John navigates the desert town, he uncovers a web of secrets and conspiracies involving disappearances, FBI Agent Banks' investigation, and Randy's (Adam Beach) violent obsession with Ruthie.
