The 13th Floor

In 1988, Chris Roache directed "The 13th Floor", starring Miranda Otto as Rebecca and Lisa Hensley as Heather Thompson, a young woman who reunites with her friend on the abandoned thirteenth floor of a building where she witnessed a traumatic event as a child. Heather's father is running for re-election, and she uses the opportunity to expose his past wrongdoings, aided by the ghost of her childhood victim.
