Hostage negotiator Alan Bender (Mauricio Ochmann) is called to rescue the Mexican President from a kidnapping, only to find himself also mediating to save his wife and marriage. Alongside Vicente (Leonardo Ortizgris), a man with a gun holding his mother-in-law hostage, Alan navigates a chaotic situation involving a poodle and a puppy. With the help of his friend Charlie, Alan exchanges himself for his wife Victoria (Tato Alexander) in a desperate bid to save her.
