In a not-too-distant California, the government has created a deadly lottery where winners must survive until sundown to claim their multi-billion dollar prize, but anyone else can kill them for a chance at the jackpot. Former child actor Katie Kim wins the record-breaking $3.6 billion Grand Lottery and finds herself on the run from murderous fans and desperate individuals with no intention of letting her live. Joining forces with amateur lottery protection agent Noel Cassidy, Katie must use wits, non-lethal means, and a little comic mayhem to fend off the chaos that surrounds her as she tries to reach safety before sundown.
