"In a Pennsylvania state prison, a young inmate named Paul Juleson is forced to confront the brutal power of "Chilly," a smooth-talking con who runs the trade of cigarettes and contraband from the prison yard. As Juleson struggles to survive in this harsh environment, he must decide whether to surrender to the system or risk everything to hold on to his dignity.
