The River Wild

A young couple, Gail and Tom Hartman, embark on a white-water rafting holiday adventure in Montana to celebrate their son Roarke's 10th birthday, but their vacation quickly turns into a nightmare when they are taken hostage by a pair of desperate men who have just committed a robbery. As the group navigates the treacherous rapids and faces danger at every turn, Gail must draw on her skills as a river guide and history teacher to keep her family alive, while Tom struggles to reconnect with his wife amidst their marital problems.
