Olympic gymnast Kurt Thomas stars as Jonathan Cabot, an Olympic gymnast who combines his gymnastic ability with martial arts to enter a deadly competition in the fictional country of Parmistan, where he must defeat many obstacles and opponents while being chased by local warriors. The film follows Jonathan's journey as he is trained by a Japanese guru and a beautiful Parmistan princess, before infiltrating the country and facing off against the ruthless Commander Zamir. With the help of Princess Rubali, Jonathan must use his "gymkata" fighting style to overcome Zamir's army and win the competition, which grants him his life and a wish, including installing a US satellite monitoring station.
