Robin of Locksley

Robin McAllister (Devon Sawa) wins the lottery and moves to Seattle, where he attends Locksley Academy, a wealthy private school. There, he befriends Will Scarlett (Billy O'Sullivan), Little John (Tyler Labine), and Marian (Sarah Chalke), helping his injured friend with stolen money from corporate head John Prince Jr., an enemy of Robin's who also bullies him and others at school.
