When a globe-trotting, workaholic father tries to visit his daughter on a last minute layover in Los Angeles, he discovers that she's disappeared, and forces her awkward, nervous ex-boyfriend to help him find her over the course of one increasingly crazy night. Characterized by its chaotic search for Ginnie (Analeigh Tipton), the film features an odd combination of situations, characters, and plot twists, often in a comedic tone. Emile Hirsch plays Martin, Ginnie's ex-boyfriend, as he navigates this wild adventure alongside Mr. Gallo (J.K. Simmons).
