In Flames

In Flames is a 2023 Pakistani-Canadian supernatural horror drama film that centres on Mariam (Ramesha Nawal), a young woman haunted by visions of the past, after the death of her family's patriarch leaves her and her mother Fariha (Bakhtawar Mazhar) in a vulnerable social position in contemporary Karachi. The film follows their precarious existence as they must find strength in each other to survive the malevolent forces that threaten to engulf them.
