In a world where no one speaks, Samara Weaving's character Azrael, a devout female hunter, sets out to track down her imprisoned lover Kenan (Nathan Stewart-Jarrett), who has escaped from a cult that silences its members with surgical removal of their vocal cords. As she navigates the treacherous landscape, Azrael must confront the cult's ruthless leader Josephine and face an ancient evil that threatens to consume them all. The film's dense visual narrative and Samara Weaving's magnetic performance come together in a mysterious, immersive atmosphere that challenges viewers to interpret every detail.
