The Silent Hour

In "The Silent Hour", Boston police detective Frank Shaw (Joel Kinnaman), who has deteriorating hearing loss after a job accident, is drawn into a life-threatening conflict when he's asked to help with a case involving a deaf murder witness, Ava Fremont (Sandra Mae Frank). As Frank navigates the complex world of sign language and lip reading, he must confront his own skills and intuition as a cop in order to keep Ava safe from the murderers who want to silence her.
