The Void

A Canadian horror film written and directed by Steven Kostanski and Jeremy Gillespie, The Void is set in a rural hospital where patients and personnel undergo terrifying transformations into something inhuman. When officer Daniel Carter discovers a blood-soaked figure, he rushes the young man to the hospital, only to find that the medical staff are succumbing to a grotesque mutation. As Daniel fights for survival alongside a few remaining survivors, they uncover a sinister plot by the hospital's former leader, Dr. Richard Powell, who has made a pact with otherworldly forces to defy death.
