Time Still Turns the Pages

A drama film that delves into the repressed childhood memories of a high school teacher, Mr. Cheng (Siuyea Lo), who finds an anonymous suicide note in his classroom and strives to prevent another tragedy from happening. Meanwhile, he faces personal struggles, including his wife's divorce and his father's terminal illness. The film follows Cheng Chi-hung (Ronald Cheng), Mr. Cheng's abusive and estranged father, whose actions had a profound impact on his son's life. Through a series of flashbacks, the story reveals the tragic circumstances surrounding Cheng Yau-kit's death, which haunts Mr. Cheng to this day.
