Shoot the Sun Down

In the late 1870s, four individuals embark on a perilous journey through the desert north of Texas and Santa Fe, each driven by different desires. The Scalphunter (Geoffrey Lewis), a buffalo hide trader searching for gold, joins forces with Captain (Bo Brundin) in his quest for Montezuma's riches. A young woman from England, played by Margot Kidder, and a former Confederate soldier, Mr. Rainbow (Christopher Walken), also navigate this treacherous landscape. As alliances are forged and broken, the group faces off against Native American tribes and Mexican soldiers in a deadly game of survival.
