In "Filme Gel", three aspiring filmmakers, Necmi, Çetin, and Muzo, get their biggest break when they meet Kerim, a mafia boss from Kadırga who's willing to sponsor their movie - as long as one of them agrees to star in the leading role. As they navigate this unexpected opportunity, the group must confront the darker side of their new patron's world. With action and comedy ensconced in equal measure, "Filme Gel" takes a wildly entertaining ride into the uncharted territories of Turkish cinema.
