Bart Bagalzby and the Garbage Genie

In 1999 suburban town, Bart Bagalzby (Ben Felix Mironer) wants to be more popular, especially with popular girl Grace (no mention). His best friends are a diverse group of not-so-cool kids and geeks. A Genie emerges from the garbage can at his part-time job, rewarding Bart with three wishes, but Bart's plans start losing steam until he finds his own inner magic, inspiring him to form an amazing rock band playing their own tunes.
