A satirical black comedy film about a movie producer who tries to salvage his career by revamping a failed film as an erotic production, featuring a star who is unaccustomed to her topless role. The story follows Felix Farmer's tumultuous journey from a major flop to unexpected success, with its cast of Hollywood characters navigating the cutthroat world of filmmaking and the absurdities of fame. With a talented ensemble cast, including Julie Andrews and William Holden, S.O.B. is a biting critique of the movie business and the excesses of Hollywood society.
