Mystery Inc. heads to Blowout Beach for a real swinging beach party when the Ghost Pirates threaten to harsh the good vibes. After solving a mystery that involves Dr. Najib posing as a mummy, the gang feels like taking a break and having some fun at the Blast. However, they soon find themselves in the middle of a ghostly pirate attack that steals their chance to be crowned this year's 'Captains of the Bash.' As the gang splits up to gather clues, they must work together to solve the case and uncover the truth behind the ghost pirates' identity.
