In this charming comedy, a legendary actress struggles to come to terms with her advancing age and the limitations it imposes on her career aspirations. With wit and determination, she outsmarts her producer, a playwright, and a young upstart to land the lead role in his new play, where she can finally prove that age is just a number. Starring Ginger Rogers as the indomitable Beatrice Page, this delightful film won a Golden Globe in 1954 for its lighthearted take on the challenges faced by women in show business.
