In this cult Australian sci-fi musical, an accidental future time traveler finds himself hurtling back in time to prevent a calamity, set against the backdrop of Australia. The film stars Rob Hartley as Black Alice and Jeff Duff, who performed his song "The Burn", alongside a cast of colorful characters, blending rock opera with ridiculous humor. A low-budget production with impressive imaginative design, cinematography, and costuming, Sons of Steel is a campy masterpiece that revels in its tongue-in-cheek approach to science fiction.
