Grayson McCouch as Tom Weaver, a troubled financial analyst, is trapped in a deserted corporate parking garage with only his wits to survive after his car is vandalized and a psychopathic killer on the loose. With a tire iron as his only defense, Tom must outwit the driver of a massive 6000-pound SUV, who will stop at nothing to kill him. As the game of cat and mouse ensues, Tom's paranoia grows, and he begins to suspect that anyone could be the killer. Ultimately, it is revealed that the garage's security guard Eddie was the one behind the murders, driven by a twisted obsession with Tom.
