Sleeping with the Fishes

In this semi-autobiographical romantic comedy, a woman's journey of self-discovery unfolds in her hometown of Brooklyn as she navigates her complicated family dynamics and past heartbreak. After returning from Los Angeles to attend her distant aunt's funeral, Alexis "Lexi" Fish must confront her overbearing mother, plan a high-society Bat Mitzvah party, and find the courage to open up about her troubled marriage and its devastating aftermath.
