Ex-special forces mercenary and hardened criminal Vic lives in a world of cons, double crosses, crooked cops, mob bosses, and drug-dealing crime lords. He and his partner Frank work both sides of the street, caring only about where they can score and take down the most cash. As Vic tries to juggle multiple agendas, he's pursued by crooked vice cop Ford, Asian crime lord Cho, and ruthless soldier Ray, all while navigating complex web of loyalty, deception, and violence that threatens to destroy him.
