Jeffrey Hunter stars as Justin Power, an American intelligence agent aided by Kitty (France Nuyen), a Chinese-American female agent. They team up to thwart Dragon's plans to import materials to make an atomic bomb in Los Angeles. A captured Chinese agent, Chang, reveals that a hydrogen bomb is being delivered piece-by-piece and assembled in Los Angeles, with the goal of exploding it on Christmas Day. Power and Kitty use a time-travel belt to travel ahead to a warehouse in Long Beach, where they discover Uranium-238 among Christmas decorations, but are soon hunted by Dragon agents led by Big Buddha (Harold Sakata).
