The Oath

Finnur (Baltasar Kormákur), a surgeon, tries to break up his daughter Anna's relationship with her boyfriend Óttar, who is involved in drugs. Óttar becomes threatening after Finnur's incursions on their private life, and Finnur plans for Óttar's disappearance. However, the plan goes wrong, leaving Finnur trying to revive a dead Óttar in the hospital, which leads the police to believe he was responsible for Óttar's death.
