The Working Girls

Three young, ambitious roommates navigate the eccentric and dangerous underworld of 1970s Los Angeles to achieve financial independence, sharing an apartment in Los Angeles where they are all endangered by the men in their lives. The film follows Honey, a math degree holder who faces rejection and exploitation; Denise, a sign painter with a nude modeling client; Jill, a cocktail waitress in a strip club; and Mike, a man they all fall for at different times.
