In a dystopian future, Centinel City teeters on the brink of chaos as criminals take over and the police are powerless to stop them. Enter Ken, a wisecracking highway patrolman who joins the elite Techno Police force, an advanced robot squad tasked with recovering a hijacked prototype tank. Armed with an ultra-sonic car and crime-fighting Technoids, Ken embarks on a heart-pumping high-speed chase through the streets of Centinel City, racing against time to capture the crooks and stay alive.
