In a future world where Japan has created a "perfect" society through its advanced medical technology, three young girls - Tuan Kirie, Miach Mihie, and Cian Reikado - attempt to reject this utopia by committing suicide, but are saved at the last moment. Years later, Tuan Kirie must prevent a crisis that threatens this seemingly perfect world as she re-encounters her friend Cian.
