A gripping psychological drama that explores the darker side of ambition, "Magazine Dreams" delves into the mind of Killian Maddox, a bodybuilder consumed by his dream of becoming a champion, despite the toll it takes on his mental health and relationships. As he navigates the cutthroat world of competitive bodybuilding, Killian's obsession with physical perfection leads to a downward spiral of violence, self-destruction, and desperate attempts to connect with others. With its unflinching portrayal of toxic masculinity and its devastating consequences, this film is a searing indictment of the societal pressures that can drive men to madness and destruction.
