Ryoko Matsumura (Miho Nakayama), a renowned novelist in her 50s diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, begins teaching at a university and meets a young Korean man, Chan-hae (Kim Jae-uck), with whom she develops an attraction. As they navigate their blossoming relationship, Ryoko's condition gradually deteriorates, affecting her memories and interactions with those around her.
