When her son vanishes inside a US consulate, ex-special forces soldier Sara Wulf (Jeanne Goursaud) does everything in her power to find him — and uncovers a dark conspiracy. Her quest for answers leads her to team up with Irina / Kira Wolkowa (Lera Abova), a Belarusian opposition political refugee being held captive at the consulate.
