The Luckiest Man in America

In this fact-based comedy-drama, Michael Larson, an unemployed ice cream truck driver from Ohio, wins record sums of money and prizes on the game show "Press Your Luck" by memorizing its patterns, but his winning streak is threatened when the executives in the control room start to uncover his real motivations. As the producers try to stop him, they realize that Larson's success can be used to promote the show, leading them to allow him to win. But with only one spin left, Larson suffers an emotional breakdown before ultimately hitting the button and securing his victory, earning him the title of "Luckiest Man in America."
