Raymond Lembecke (Vincent Gallo), an ex-con just out of prison after serving time for selling drugs for his boss Eddie Grillo, plans a heist with Marcus Weans and Curtis Freley to steal a million dollars' worth of drugs from Tony Vago. Lembecke's girlfriend Addy Monroe joins the group, and they kidnap a couple to make a deal in New Mexico. As they try to sell the drugs, they must evade an assassin named Sir, who is dispatched by Tony Vago, whom they attempted to sell the drugs to earlier.
