The Quick and the Dead

In 1876 Wyoming, Duncan McKaskel (Tom Conti) and his wife Suzanna (Kate Capshaw) are newly arrived settlers beset by outlaws. Rugged frontiersman Con Vallian (Sam Elliott), the only hope for the family, helps them in their conflict with a group of ne'er-do-wells. A showdown ensues as Shabbitt's gang pursues the McKaskels, and Vallian manages to protect them, earning Susanna's admiration and affection.
