The Lost Moment

A publisher named Lewis Venable (Robert Cummings) travels from New York to Venice in search of long-lost love letters from poet Jeffrey Ashton. He insinuates himself into the home of Ashton's former lover and recipient of the letters, Juliana Bordereau (Agnes Moorehead), a 105-year-old recluse who is struggling with dementia and obsession. Lewis meets Juliana's severe niece Tina (Susan Hayward) at her residence, where he learns that she has dissociative identity disorder, often believing she is Ashton or his lover, Rosa.
