Spoon and Stretch, two heroin addicts, attempt to kick their habit after their bandmate overdoses, but face endless red tape and bureaucratic obstacles that hinder their progress. Characterized by their apathy and desperation, they must dodge drug dealers and the police while trying to navigate the system and potentially save their dying friend Cookie. As Spoon, Tupac Shakur delivers a memorable performance, complemented by Tim Roth's portrayal of Stretch.
