Ricky Wade (Corey Feldman), the hottest waterskiing instructor around, is rehired by his former employer/camp to boost attendance in a desperate bid to save it from financial ruin. The camp's owner must now engage in a winner-take-all competition against a rival, more popular camp, to settle the rivalry and avoid being bought out.
