Clara

The film "Clara" (2023) tells the story of Clara, a divorced Romanian mother in her thirties who must work abroad in Ulm, Germany, while her 12-year-old son lives with his grandfather in their poor village by the Danube river. As Clara navigates her new life, she must also confront the consequences of her past decisions and face the challenges of caring for a young girl, Johanna, whom she is babysitting. Meanwhile, Clara's own son attempts to reach her by traveling upriver on a small boat.
