Paradise Found

Kiefer Sutherland stars as Paul Gauguin in this 2003 biographical drama about his later life, from 1880 to 1897, including his resignation from a stockbroker job to pursue painting full-time and his journey to Polynesia, where he befriended Camille Pissarro (Alun Armstrong) and found inspiration for his art.
