Sweet Virginia

A former rodeo star and motel manager, Sam Rossi (Jon Bernthal), tries to live a quiet life after his days as a bull rider, but his past comes back to haunt him when a young man, Elwood, arrives in town and commits a string of violent acts that target the local residents. As Sam becomes embroiled in the mystery, he must confront his own demons and team up with a widow, Bernadette Barrett (Rosemarie DeWitt), whose troubled past is revealed through her interactions with Sam. The film's tension builds as Elwood's true identity and motives are slowly uncovered, leading to a thrilling confrontation between Sam and the killer.
