Day of the Dead: Bloodline

In a world overrun by zombies, military personnel and survivalists live in an underground bunker while they seek a cure. Medical student Zoe Parker reluctantly attends a party at her medical school where she encounters her disturbed patient Max, who is obsessed with her and has blood with unusually high antibodies. Five years later, Zoe is sent on a supply run to retrieve medication for a sick child when she's attacked by a partially reanimated Max, forcing her to navigate the treacherous landscape of the zombie-infested world with the help of the military personnel at the High Rock Emergency Bunker.
