Based on the true story of Jim and Artie Mitchell, two brothers who entered the porn industry in the early 60's, "Rated X" is a gripping drama that chronicles their rise to success as pioneers in the adult entertainment industry, from creating legendary films like "Behind the Green Door" and "Inside Marily Chambers", to their later struggles with addiction. As Artie Mitchell's life spirals out of control, his brother Jim tries to hold on to what was once a lucrative business, but ultimately succumbs to the darkness that consumed them both.
