28 Years Later

In a post-apocalyptic world twenty-eight years after the Rage virus outbreak, a young boy named Spike embarks on a perilous journey with his ill mother Isla to obtain medical treatment for her condition. Their quest takes them across mainland Britain, where they encounter a group of violent and terrifyingly evolved Infected, including an Alpha leader who will stop at nothing to claim new victims. Along the way, Spike discovers dark secrets about his father Jamie's past and the true nature of their community on the island, leading him to confront harsh realities about survival, loyalty, and the human condition.
