Marina (Michelle Renaud) decides to take her mother Patricia (Erika Buenfil) in, who struggles to adjust to their new life together. With Marina's help, they explore a world full of possibilities and new experiences, leading to some unexpected challenges for both characters. Along the way, they discover that there is more to life than just grief.
