Menashe

Menashe Lustig plays Menashe, a recently widowed Hasidic Jewish man who tries to regain custody of his 10-year-old son Rieven (Ruben Niborski). Menashe's first marriage was unhappy, and he is reluctant to wed again after the Rabbi allows him to live with Rieven for a week. He struggles to provide a proper home for his son due to financial difficulties and must comply with religious customs and expectations, including remarrying before being granted full custody.
