Aztec Batman: Clash of Empires

In 16th century Mesoamerica, Yohualli Coatl, a young Aztec boy, is murdered by Spanish conquistadors, setting him on a path of vengeance as he trains in the temple of the bat god Tzinacan to confront the invasion and exact revenge. As he becomes the masked warrior "Batman," he must balance his dual identities as a priest and a vigilante while facing key figures like Hernán Cortés, the Jaguar Woman, and Poison Ivy. Horacio García Rojas voices Yohualli/Batman, Álvaro Morte voices Hernán Cortés/Two-Face, and Teresa Ruiz stars as the Jaguar Woman in this animated historical superhero film directed by Juan Meza-León and released in 2025.
