The Women's Balcony

In a devout Orthodox community in Jerusalem's Bukharan Quarter, a bar mitzvah celebration turns into a crisis when a section of the synagogue's balcony collapses. The women, led by Etti (Evelin Hagoel), are outraged at being excluded from the rebuilt synagogue and raise money to build their own balcony. Meanwhile, Rabbi David (Aviv Alush) faces opposition from the community, leading to a series of confrontations between him and the women, ultimately resulting in his downfall as he tries to maintain patriarchal power over the congregation.
